Whether you’re a small block of individual owners to a PLC, we are here to listen and action on your behalf. Over the years we have built a strong team of contractors to help in the day to day running of your building (or alternatively we can utilise your own contractors if preferred). Our team engage in a friendly manner to give you pride in the building where you live.
Our systems allow us to keep you updated whether its health and safety matters, service charge collection, or preparation of annual service charge and expenditure. Finances are carefully controlled and budgets adhered to, so that clients can be safe in the knowledge that their building/asset is in capable hands.
We offer two styles of management services- Traditional Full Management and Self-Management Support. We understand that while some landlords choose a ‘hands-free experience’ others wish to self-manage, but would prefer to outsource the time consuming task of finance. You decide what’s best for you. Either way, our approach is based on transparency, communication and accountability.
